Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Vietnam Street Foods collects when you use this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send a booking request we receive your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, tour date, group size, pickup address and any message you write. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

How we use it

Only to answer your request, arrange your tour and contact you about it. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in the admin area of this website and copied to our booking inbox. Only the team that handles bookings can see them.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests for as long as we need them to run and account for tours, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
