Are the motorbike tours safe?
You ride as a passenger behind a local rider and never drive yourself. Helmets are provided on every motorbike tour and routes are planned with passengers in mind.
Do you pick up from my hotel?
Motorbike and car tours include pickup and drop-off in selected central areas. If your hotel is outside the free pickup zone, we confirm the best pickup point or any surcharge before the tour. Walking tours and workshops start from a meeting point.
What happens if it rains?
We hand out ponchos and can adjust the route. If the weather is severe, we help you reschedule where possible.
Can you handle dietary needs?
Yes. Tell us about vegetarian or vegan diets, allergies, seafood limits or how much chili you like when you book, and we plan the stops around it.
How quickly do you confirm?
Usually within a few hours, by WhatsApp or email.
Do I pay when I send a request?
No payment is needed to send a request. When we confirm your booking, we explain how and when to pay.
Are prices per person?
Yes. Prices are per adult in US dollars. Ask us about prices for children when you book.
Is there a minimum group size?
The walking food tours in Da Nang and Hoi An need at least two guests per booking.
