Booking terms

Prices

Prices are per adult in US dollars and cover what is listed under Included on each tour page. Extra food and drinks, personal expenses and tips are not included.

Pickup

Hotel pickup and drop-off apply in selected central areas on tours that list it. Outside the free pickup zone, we confirm the pickup point or any surcharge before the tour.

Confirmation

A booking request is not yet a confirmed booking. We confirm availability by WhatsApp or email, usually within a few hours.

Weather

Tours run in light rain with ponchos provided. In severe weather we help you reschedule where possible.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in writing with your booking.
